Project: SOM42 - Customer: Régie VPI - Location: Thônex - Status: Project

Creation of computer-generated images for the possible extension and renovation of a villa in Thônex. As part of a real estate sale, these images are intended to enable future owners to project themselves into their villa.

The villa, which can be extended by 60m2, proposes the addition of a master bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, a kitchen and dining room extension is envisaged as part of the villa's conversion.

The choice of materials and style for this extension is inspired by the Japandi style, which combines the sobriety and calm of Japanese and Scandinavian architectural styles. Using light materials to bring light into the spaces, and oak to maintain that tranquil ambience.

The Japandi approach embodies simple elegance and refined functionality. With its minimalist aesthetic that promotes relaxation and mental clarity. Clean lines, neutral tones and natural elements create a serene, balanced environment, perfect for a contemporary villa where comfort and harmony prevail.

These computer-generated images present a realistic vision of the enhanced space, highlighting the harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity, while inviting future owners to imagine the potential of their new home.
